Sunday - A very snowy 6 mile run! There wasn't actually too much snow on the ground, so despite the fact that the snow was coming down, the running conditions were pretty good, plus it gave me a chance to try out my new waterproof running jacket, which worked great!
Saturday - 4 miles outside.
Friday - 24Set weights and cardio class at 24 hour fitness. I think next week i'm going to skip this one since I was definitely very sore for my weekend runs.
Thursday - 6 miles on the treadmill.
Wednesday - Boot Camp class at 24 hour fitness.
Tuesday - 4 miles on the treadmill.
Monday - Body Pump at 24 hour fitness.
Total weekly miles: 20 miles
