It's been a rough week, not running wise, but life wise! As some of you will know we found out we will be moving to Ohio in May for me to finish graduate school. Graduate school itself is seeming overwhelming right now. I've been in the lab at least 10 hours/day during the week and working every weekend, plus working on papers when i'm at home. ugh. We're also trying to start interviewing movers and figure out the paperwork for me to transfer to Case Western. Whew, I feel like I need a vacation!
Running this week has been good though! It's week 3 of 1/2 marathon training.
Sunday - 8.5 miles outside. It snowed last night, so it was a little chilly, but the sun was shining and I felt great on the run. It also felt good to increase distance from last week!
Saturday - 5 miles outside. Beautiful weather, 40 and sunny! A great day to run!
Friday - 24SET class at the gym. I decided to go ahead and do the class this week since I skipped the Wednesday weights class.
Thursday - 6 miles outside. It was freaking cold! I was still happy it was light enough outside that I didn't have to use the treadmill though!
Wednesday - I was just to exhausted to get out of bed and go to the gym, so I took the day off.
Tuesday - 4 miles on the treadmill. I guess I lied last week, it wasn't my last treadmill run. It had snowed monday and the sidewalks were still really icy, so I figured i'd better not chance it outside.
Monday - 24Lift class at the gym.
Total Weekly Mileage: 23.5 miles
